Blood Bank Refrigerator
Mylab’s blood storage refrigerators are specially designed to meet the storage requirements of whole blood & packed red cells.
Cabinet Construction
Durable, corrosion resistant materials are used to provide years of reliable performance. The outer body is made up of powder Coated CRCA Steel & internal cabinet of Stainless Steel 304 (AISI Grade, Non Corrosive and Non Magnetic). The unit is fitted in heavy duty castor wheels for ease of movement.
Temperature Control & Monitoring
Microprocessor integrated system provides excellent temperature accuracy. 7 days circular chart recorder & audio visual alarm system helps to indicate storage conditions continuously.
Variants
Mylab’s Blood Storage Refrigerators are available as BR &. BR Ultra variants. Both the variants are available in different capacities ranging from 72 bags to 400 Bags capacities. Also higher capacity variants available for Blood Centers handling larger volumes.
Deep Freezer cum Refrigerator
Double walled with inner chamber made of S.S. and outer of thick PCRC sheet duly powder coated. Freezer and refrigerator are housed in one external body with individual digital control system, refrigeration system and outer door.
Temperature of Deep freezer ranges from ambient to -20°C & that of Refrigerator ranges from ambient to 2°C . The gap between the inner and outer wall is filled with high grade PUF insulation to avoid thermal loss. Body is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame and is mounted on castor wheels. Unit is fitted with separate Micro Processor Digital Temperature Indicator-cum controller. We Provide Deep Freezer -40°C & Deep Freezer -80°C.
Plasma Freezer cum Blood Bank Refrigerator
